💬 SMS Transaction Tracking

We offer an optional automatic expense tracking feature that reads your financial transaction SMS messages:

  • This feature requires explicit permission (READ_SMS and RECEIVE_SMS)
  • We only process transactional SMS from financial institutions (Banks, UPI, etc.)
  • Personal/private SMS are completely ignored and not processed
  • SMS parsing happens locally on your device
  • No raw SMS content is ever uploaded to our servers
  • Only extracted expense data (Amount, Date, Merchant) is stored in your account
  • This feature is completely free for all users
  • You can enable or disable this feature at any time in Settings

  • All period data is stored locally on your device by default
  • Optional cloud sync is encrypted end-to-end
  • PIN protection available for additional privacy

  • Period Tracker is free forever for all users
